The menu inside the more traditional restaurant shakes things up, drawing inspiration from chef Daniel Humm’s home country with classic Swiss dishes like Zurich-style chicken, as well as schnitzel and fondue.

The Trout Toast and Beef Tartare are great options to start with followed by veal schnitzel- who can say no to schnitzel on a ski trip! The Tagliatelle King Crab, Meyer Lemon & Black Pepper is beyond a comfort carbs dish.

An après-ski menu includes the famed Humm dog and a Thermos of bone broth for the table.
